We stand behind the integrity of our formulas, and we’re committed to ensuring you feel confident in your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer a straightforward return process under the guidelines below.
✅ Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging—no exceptions due to the hygienic nature of hair care products.
Opened or used items are not eligible for return or refund.
🔄 Refunds & Store Credit
We offer two options once the returned product is received in approved condition:

Note: Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive your return.

All sales on these items are final.
📦 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We do not provide prepaid return labels.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure successful delivery.
💥 Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or you experience an issue due to manufacturing or transit:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery
Include clear photos of the damaged product and packaging
Once verified, we will replace the item at no cost to you
