At Kim McGhee’s Hair Organics, every order is packaged with care and intention to ensure your products arrive safely and ready to nourish your crown.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
During holidays, new product launches, or peak seasons, processing time may extend to 3–5 business days.
Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
All orders are shipped via UPS.
Domestic Delivery (U.S.): Estimated arrival is 3–5 business days after shipment.
International Delivery: Shipping times vary by country and region. Most international orders arrive within 7–21 business days, depending on customs clearance and local carrier processing.
Please note: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to display movement once scanned by the carrier.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Kim McGhee’s Hair Organics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first contact UPS and file a claim, then reach out to us for assistance.
We are not responsible for delays due to weather, natural events, holidays, or carrier disruptions.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us within 1 business day at 1-844-GRO-HAIR or hello@kimmcgheeshairorganics.com
If the incorrect address is not updated in time and the order ships, the customer is responsible for any re-shipping fees.
International Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship worldwide. However, some countries may restrict delivery of certain ingredients or products. If your country prohibits shipment, your order will be canceled and refunded.
Shipping Commitment
We take pride in delivering your products with care, using protective packaging to preserve quality and freshness. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos so we can assist you with a replacement.
